Hydraulic Infeed System
Branches & material are pulled into the TM-Series Wood Chipper via the infeed roller. The roller is hydraulically driven by the chipper’s self contained hydraulic system. The roller can be easily adjusted in direction and speed, making it effortless to feed branches of all shapes and sizes into the chipper. The hydraulic pump is belt driven from the main flywheel shaft.
Chipper Blades
The TM-Series Chipper utilizes four very high quality hardened steel reversible chipper blades. These blades are 90 degrees apart. Changing blades can be done quickly thanks to the flywheel housing design.
Discharge Chute
The discharge chute is designed to rotate 360 degrees by using the rotating handle and rotating to the desired angle. This makes it possible to direct the wood chips in any direction regardless of the location of the chipper. This also enables the operator to easily direct the wood chips into the back of a truck, bakkie or trailer if desired. Located at the end of the discharge chute is a rotating deflector, which allows further control of the location of the wood chips. Simply point it straight for maximum distance or angled down to deflect the chips directly down to the ground or into a trailer.
